This equipment allows you to perform PCR reactions in 0.2 ml tubes. Up to 96 samples in MicroAmp Reaction Tubes (0.2 mL) are loaded in a sample tray and placed in the block. The Genomics facility has recorded a basic PCR program that can be edited according to the convenience of the user. There is also the possibility of creating new programs (consultation with us).
Best practices: We ask you to eliminate or minimize as far as possible the final incubations at 4ºC, to prevent the damage of the equipment.
